Q. How much do you charge?
A.
We charge on a contingency basis: which is a percentage of your final settlement. Our contingency rates are 30% for motor vehicle accidents and 35% for all other claims. This covers our legal fees as well as any outside costs. Learn More.
Q. Do I have to pay legal fees up-front?
A.
No. We understand that you have other financial concerns to worry about following an accident – particularly if you are unable to work. We only charge you once we get a settlement on your behalf, and you have received funds. In addition, Mark Nikel will pay all costs necessary as part of the legal process. Learn More.
